Travel

by plane

If you will be flying in for the wedding you have three solid options:

  • Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) - If you want to spend time in LA first, this is the largest airport and probably has the cheapest flights (pictured - isn't it gorgeous?)
  • Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) - If you don't want to tear your hair out flying into LAX, Burbank is the best of the best — tickets here tend to be more expensive.
  • Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) - If you'd like to skip LA altogether, you can fly straight to Palm Springs and beat everyone to the pool.

By Car

Palm Springs is about 2 to 2.5 hours (without traffic) from LA and there are a bunch of things to do on the way out. See more in the "Things To Do" tab. It's mandatory to get In-N-Out if you're driving.

PLACES TO STAY

There is no shortage of places to stay in Palm Springs, whether you're looking for a hotel vibe or renting out a whole house. Important to note that noise restrictions for Airbnbs are extremely strict and enforced in Palm Springs, so if you're looking to party, hotel is the way to go. Some hotel recs:

  • Kimpton Rowan - This is walking distance to our venue and has a really fun rooftop pool and bar.
  • Ace Hotel & Swim Club - Refurbished old motel with two big pools, a vintage photo booth, room service, WI-FI and a gym. Kid and pet-friendly.
  • Les Cactus - Small boutique hotel with a heated pool, hot tub, massage room, hammock garden, and a light daily continental breakfast. All guests must be over 21.
  • Villa Royale - Another great option for a quintessential Palm Springs boutique hotel vibe. Has a great bar called the Del Rey (spoiler alert: we'll probably be grabbing a drink there the night before the wedding if you want to stop by to say hi.) Pet-friendly.
  • The Parker - the best but $$$$$$$$.
